Entry Requirement:

  • Have successfully completed BSB80515 Graduate Certificate of Management (Learning) or any other qualification at Graduate Certificate level (AQF level 8).

    or

  • Have successfully completed a Bachelor’s degree.

    or

  • Have completed Advanced Diploma qualification and 2 years equivalent full-time experience at a management level.

  • Be at least 18 years of age or above.

  • Have successfully completed academic requirements as specified above.

  • Have demonstrated an IELTES level of at least 6.0 or equivalent (test results must be no more than 2 years old) or the successful completion of at least General English Advanced or English for Academic Purposes Advanced Level.

Mode of Delivery: Face-to-face 20 hours per week.

Credit Transfer:

Credit may be awarded on the basis of a combination of Credit Transfer plus an individual RPL assessment for additional learning.

Course Assessment:

Trainer/Assessor will use the correct assessment tools to gather sufficient and quality evidence about student performance in order to make the assessment decision based on the qualification training and assessment strategy. Assessment evidence may include but not limited to:

  • Third-party evidence
  • Reflective journal
  • Written report

Course Structure:

To complete the BSB80615 Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning), you need to pass eight units (consists of 2 core units and 6 electives) of competence. If you leave the program early, you will be given a Statement of Attainment for any units you have been assessed as competent in. We have selected the following units:

Newton College’s Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning) BSB80615 is made available to the students via face-to-face sessions held in fully equipped, contemporary classes. The training is a blend of theory and practical examinations, both conducted within the college premises. Each student who has enrolled for the course is expected to pass all the 8 units to conclude the training program.
