Have completed a Bachelor degree in related fields of study.
Have completed a Diploma or Advanced Diploma qualification in related fields of study and 2 years equivalent full-time relevant workplace experience at a significant level of leadership and management responsibility and/or complexity in an enterprise.
Have three years equivalent full-time relevant workplace experience at a significant level of leadership and management responsibility and/or complexity in an enterprise
For the purposes of entry into this qualification a degree, advanced diploma or diploma from any jurisdiction (country of origin) is acceptable. Work experience at sufficient complexity will be assessed using a process similar to RPL.
Be at least 18 years of age or above;
Have satisfactorily completed Australian Year 12 or equivalent
International English Language Testing System (IELTS), general module - score of 6.0 with no individual score less than 5.5 or equivalent.
NOTE: All applicants from Assessment Level 3 countries must provide an satisfactory evidence of IELTS or equivalent.
Numeracy and Literacy
Where appropriate, literacy and numeracy will be screened prior to a student being accepted into the course. Where it is determined that an applicant may not have sufficient Language Literacy or Numeracy skills to complete the qualification Newton College will conduct Language Literacy and Numeracy test (as/if required)
Total Core Units: 4
Mode of Delivery: Face-to-face 20 hours per week.
Total Course Duration: 35 Weeks including 5 weeks of term breaks.
Delivery Location: Brisban Campus, Melbourne Campus.
Total Terms: 3 Terms.
To complete the BSB80315 Graduate Certificate in Leadership Diversity, you need to pass four units of competence. If you leave the program early, you will be given a Statement of Attainment for any units you have been assessed as competent in. We have selected the following units:

Newton College’s Graduate Certificate in Leadership Diversity (BSB80315) is made available to the students via face-to-face sessions held in fully equipped, contemporary classes. The training is a blend of theory and practical examinations, both conducted within the college premises. Each student who has enrolled for the course is expected to pass all the 4 units to conclude the training program.
